Returns

Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of our supplements, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have left our facility. This policy applies regardless of whether a product has been opened or remains sealed.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if an error occurred on our behalf, including but not limited to:

• You received the wrong product.

• Your order arrived damaged due to our packaging or fulfillment process.

• An item was missing from your shipment.

• If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging (if applicable). We may request additional information to help resolve your claim.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will either:

• Issue a full or partial refund, or

• Send a replacement product at no additional cost.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for:

• Products ordered by mistake.

• Opened or used products.

• Personal taste or preference.

• Individual results or lack of expected results.

• Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier after the package has left our facility.
